2 Year Limited Warranty

All bJet  boats are warranted for twenty four (24) months after the boat has been sold by our dealers for the first time. Our liability is limited to repairing, or replacing, at the companies discretion, any part or whole products deemed by the company to be faulty.

A twelve month (12) warranty applies to non-standard, bJet factory fitted items, including optional extras.

The warranty applies only where.

The boat Has been properly used and operated.

Has not been fitted with an engine that has been modified

Has been properly maintained and cared for.

Has not been used for water skiing, ocean racing, competition or commercial use.

Has not been modified or altered after having been delivered by bJet or distributor.

Has not been improperly trailed.

The trailer is correctly adjusted and meets minimum bJet requirements.

All warranty work is approved by bJet before repairs are carried out.

Work agreed to be repaired, or replaced by bJet will be carried out by an authorised bJet dealer, or by some other person approved in writing by bJet prior to the repair or replacement being carried out.

The warranty does not cover items replaced during normal service and maintenance operations, and which are subject to wear and tear.

Provided that bJet complies with this warranty, bJet has no liability under this warranty for any consequential, or other loss caused by, or arising out of, or relating to the defective part or parts, whether or not caused or contributed by the negligence, or breach of contract of bJet or its agents.

 If, in the opinion of the company, the boat has been abused, used improperly, neglected or used in an extremely rough manner, beyond its design capacity, then the warranty may be void.

 Paint is warranted against defective paint or application.

Accidental damage to any part or parts of the boat and boat package are specifically not covered by this warranty.
